Crash and Burn, Mav

Tom Cruise crashed and burned at the box office this week, but still managed to squeak out a first place finish for the weekend. The film apparently lacked the collateral to shake things up at the box office. This flick garnered half what The Village made just one week ago. "Crash and burn, Mav! Crash and burn."

The Village, The Bourne Supremacy, and The Manchurian Candidate (2004) all finished in the top-five, but The Village saw a dramatic decline.
